The Horticulture Club is a spring and summer activity that begins late in April and concludes the year in September, sort of like the gardening season at its peak. We usually meet the first and third Thursday around 2pm unless we need more travel time to a further destination. We do Garden Tours, Garden Centre Tours, have occasional speakers and attend local seminars as they are offered. We learn about perennial gardens, organic growing (veggies), specialty gardens such as garlic or daylilies and are open to any new interests.
