Meet hospice Director Tanya Shute, a familiar face to many in Grey Highlands, after working  9 years at the Community Health Centre in Markdale and Dundalk.She will be joined by Amy McConachie, Grey Bruce Hospice Foundation Manager who has been supporting residents and families at Chapman House for over 7 years.Hear about how the Hospice has evolved into so much more than hospice In offering Grief and Bereavement Services , Advanced  Care Planning and post- secondary learning opportunities for students pursuing PSW,RPN and RN designations.
